About the Event
Waiting is an experience which our Lord sometimes brings His people through.
It could be waiting for the next round of a job interview, to have their first child, for healing from a medical condition, or in our case…for a partner to spend the rest of our lives with.
There are times it just feels easier to give up, where we start questioning if God is even there for us. The extended periods where God feels silent despite our constant prayers, and the people around us seem too busy with their own lives.
Maybe it’s even a hurtful comment from a loved one saying “you should just settle down, stop being choosy”, which stings even more when we see our peers moving on to the next season of their lives.
