What is this wedding décor rental?

We created these wedding décor kits after planning our own church wedding and realizing how quickly costs can add up — especially when housing, renovation, and other life commitments are happening at the same time.

This is a DIY décor rental service designed for Christian couples who:

  • want a meaningful and beautiful wedding

  • do not want to overspend on décor

  • are happy to involve friends from church to help with setup

​

You collect the items, set them up with your helpers, and return them after the wedding.

No setup from us will be provided — this helps keep the pricing affordable.

​

Note: As this is a new initiative, the prices shown are our introductory launch rates. Pricing may be reviewed in future seasons as we refine and steward this offering well.​

  • 2.2M Metal Wedding Arch

Couples who want a clear focal point for the ceremony and photos.

Reception / welcome table & tea ceremony

  • Ang bao box & tea ceremony items

Welcoming guests, displaying memories, and setting up the reception corner.

📌 Note: Some churches already provide in-house aisle décor — which is why each kit can be rented separately.

Designed with the church wedding flow in mind — these pieces guide your walk-in beautifully without overwhelming the sanctuary.


We kept everything simple and intentional so the focus remains on the covenant being made before God.

2b. "Say-I-Do Arch" kit

Say-I-Do Arch Kit — $168

A simple, elegant arch that frames the moment you exchange vows.


Designed to be easy for friends to set up, while keeping the attention on the marriage covenant — not the décor.

2c. "Reception Welcome" kit

Reception Welcome Kit — $188

📍 Used for: Reception / welcome table & tea ceremony

A curated set to help you welcome guests, display memories, and organise traditional elements — without needing to buy items you’ll only use once.​

i. Photo grid / frame 

You may insert your own printed photos into these frames and grids.


Please remove your photos before returning the items.

iii. Table décor pieces

We include a selection of decorative items for you to choose from, so you can personalize your reception table without overcrowding the space.

These rose gold frames are pre-prepared.

For safety and to prevent damage, please do not remove or change the contents.

- 1x Ang Bao PayNow QR display (We will print and insert your PayNow QR code for you)

iv. Ang bao boxes

Many church weddings place separate ang bao boxes for the bride’s and groom’s families. We include two boxes for this purpose, though you may also choose to use only one and keep the other as a spare.


Locks are not included.

v. Jincha Trays & 喜 Decorations

For serving tea and receiving ang baos during the tea ceremony.

​

We provide three Jincha trays to support the tea ceremony with relatives. Many couples find it helpful to use disposable cups; these trays allow your helpers to carry the cups neatly and receive ang baos in an organised way during Jincha.

These items are included as optional extras to support the bride during the wedding preparations and celebrations. You may choose to use them, or simply leave them aside if not needed.

3. Bundle & Save

You may rent any kit on its own.
Bundling kits together offers better value if you need décor for multiple parts of the wedding.

4. Stewardship Note

A Note on Affordability & Stewardship

These décor kits are priced affordably because our heart is to support Christian couples in this season.


As the items are shared and reused, we kindly ask all renters to care for them well so they can continue to bless another couple after you.

5. Logistics

Rental Period

Collection: Thursday evening before your wedding

Return: Monday evening after your wedding

Important Notes

  • DIY rental only (no setup provided)

  • Self-collection & self-return

  • Suitable transport is required for bulky items

6. Security Deposit & Payment

A refundable security deposit is required to reserve the kits for your wedding date.

  • 1 kit: $100 deposit

  • 2 kits: $150 deposit

  • 3 kits: $200 deposit

 

The remaining rental amount is payable 1 month before the wedding.

(Cancellation and deposit refund policy applies as stated in the booking form.)
